Please remember that each canvas is individually crafted just for you. Our
canvas art is usually shipped within 3-4 business days. You should
receive your artwork within 9 business days (continental US only). If
you need EXPRESS service, you may find that option during final checkout
if available.
can you ship to someone else on my behalf as a present?
Absolutely!
Art Via Canvas' artwork is quite often given as gifts, so your
surprise will remain a surprise. At the end of check-out, simply
select a delivery location different than YOUR billing address. Image

No, our exclusive artwork is a stylish

Art Via Canvas' team personally assembles your canvas frame at our studio facility in the world-renowned Venice Beach. We also reinforce our deep 1 1/2 in. wooden stretcher bars with our exclusive zinc plated corner braces, making the frame solid with unsurpassed quality. Learn more.
does my canvas artwork come already stretched?
For the continental US, the answer is, yes! Our canvas art arrives at your doorstep fully stretched for you. However, if you prefer taking the canvas print (rolled/unstretched) to your local framer at your own expense to put special frames for an individualized look, please let us know in the ORDER COMMENTS BOX at final check-out. In this case, the price is the same & we'll ship the canvas in a protective tube.
do you deliver to places outside the US? Absolutely! At this time, our STRETCHED canvas is ONLY available within the continental US. All other international clients will receive our UNSTRETCHED canvas (canvas print only). We will simply roll up the canvas print into a protective tubing for YOU to have framed at your local frame shop. The price remains the same & includes FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!

how are the art images created?
Our design team at Art Via Canvas dreams up the magic from hip West Hollywood to beautiful Venice Beach. Additionally, we collaborate with inspirational artist & digital photographers from Europe & around the U.S. to render an artistic canvas style that's unique!
how similar are the canvas colors to what I see on my monitor?
The colors on your computer may vary slightly from monitor to monitor - it's normal. Harmony lies in the slight variations that are found all around us. Think of it as a 95% accuracy with a slight hue variance.
can I hang my canvas print in the opposite direction?
Absolutely! Please let us know if you prefer "VERTICAL" or "HORIZONTAL" in the ORDER COMMENTS box at FINAL CHECK OUT.
how do I care for my canvas wall art?
Your work-of-art should be cared for as with any piece of fine art. Although we apply a special UV-ray protective spray, please do not expose to continuous sun light & do not hang in bathroom or swimming areas. Please dust lightly only. Never use damp cloths or windex!
can I purchase a canvas without registering?
Yes! When you're ready to checkout, you'll have the option to click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" without having to log in. Our large canvas designs & wonderful customers are what make us smile everyday! We will do everything within our power to make sure you smile as well. From the packaging, to shipping, to reception, Art Via Canvas is surrounded by a wonderful staff who greatly care about better serving you.
In the unlikely event we have fallen short on our commitment, please contact us for directions on returning items within 30 days of purchase.
